The Direct/Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the number of active paid residential customers within a market through door-to-door interactions. This role primarily sells to residential homes and may include an opportunity to contribute across multiple dwelling units (MDUs). You will be working outdoors canvasing neighborhoods to achieve sales goals. You will work closely with your team leader and team members building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques.

In this role, you'll:

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling and climbing stairs.
  • Background check, MVR, and drug test required

 

It's preferred if you have:

  • Experience in sales, account management or customer service.
  • Experience in the ISP or telecom industry.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce or other industry leading lead management software.
  • Proven track record of strong work ethic, ability to navigate ambiguity, and solid communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish.

 

Compensation: Target Earnings $60,000 - $65,000 annually, including a base salary no less than $40,000 and a target commission of $20,000 -$25,000 annually. Potential to earn more with our uncapped commission structure as a high performer.
