The Role: Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in increasing the number of active paid residential customers in a market through door-to-door interactions. This position supports the sales team and may involve working in multiple dwelling units (MDUs). Responsibilities include canvassing neighborhoods, attending sales and marketing events, and promoting the brand to achieve sales targets. The Brand Ambassador will work closely with their team leader and team members to improve sales techniques and build strong relationships with customers.


In this role, you will:

- Promote ZoomOnline's commitment to exceptional customer service and cutting-edge technology.

- Engage with the community to generate sales leads and communicate the benefits of our solutions.

- Participate in community events, canvas neighborhoods, and support the sales team.

- Build trust and lasting connections with customers and partners.


Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.

- Background check, MVR, and drug test required.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong work ethic, ability to navigate ambiguity, and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
