This role is focused on executing high-quality repairs, maintaining strong productivity, and delivering a five-star customer experience—without the pressure of full-time sales.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including:
- Refrigerators
- Washers & dryers
- Dishwashers
- Ovens, ranges, and cooktops
- Complete return calls and approved repairs
- Deliver clean, professional service in customers’ homes
- Communicate clearly with customers about work performed
- Accurately document:
- Work performed
- Parts used
- Job notes and photos
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
- Follow all company procedures and safety standards
⏱️ Productivity System (Units-Based)
We use a structured unit system to ensure fairness and efficiency:
- 1 unit = 1 standard repair (~1 hour)
- Daily target: ~6 units per day (8-hour shift)
Examples:
- Standard repair → 1.0 unit
- Recall → 0.5 unit
- Stackable / built-in unit → 1.5 units
- Gear case → 2.0 units
- Sealed system → 3.0 units
