We are seeking a compassionate and holistic-minded Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) to join our multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers. This role involves collaborating closely with mental health professionals, allied health practitioners and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate values whole-person healing and is passionate about integrating medical, psychological, physical and spiritual approaches to support individuals facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and provide osteopathic-based treatment in alignment with each patient's physical and mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with therapists and other providers to develop and implement personalized, integrative treatment plans.
  • Provide psychoeducation and medical insight to support holistic interventions that consider the mind, body, and spirit.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case consultations.
  • Support continuity of care through communication, follow-up, and coordination with community resources and family systems when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.


Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree with current, unrestricted license to practice.
  • DEA license
  • Malpractice insurance (must provide proof).
  • Experience in integrative care, mental health, or wellness-based settings preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Maintain professional boundaries as a 1099 contractor.





Salary

$110 - $175 per hour
