The position of sales representative consists of contacting potential clients to find what they are looking for in the establishments and trying to interest them in buying our products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Make daily cold calls to reach out potential customers following department’s requirement
• Make door-to-door visit independently or with other representatives
• Determine customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to close the deal independently
• Develop and deliver sales presentation or demo to potential customers
• Create and prepare accurate proposal
• Maintain current customer’s relationship to identify future upsell opportunities
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating professional societies
• Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports
• Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the Sales Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
• College degree or higher or experience in any related field
• Strong communication skills
• Team-work
• Mandarin preferred
