A Store Associate contributes to the success of Zest by ensuring the storefront is well-stocked, organized, and clean, as well as processing and shipping online orders.

This role is full time at an estimated 32 hours per week. We require general availability Monday–Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m with exceptions for appointments and travel as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Power our online order fulfillment from start to finish
• Communicate clearly and kindly with online customers
• Keep product flowing to the floor through restocking and organizing
• Refresh displays and maintain a clean, welcoming store
• Move backstock to basement and other physical tasks throughout the day
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and work cooperatively with coworkers and customers
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time)
• Ability to move throughout the store and storage areas to assist customers and retrieve merchandise
• Ability to reach, grab, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to stock, organize, and retrieve products
• Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders to access merchandise
• Ability to use a computer, POS system, keyboard, mouse, and merchandise scanners
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds, including carrying items up and down stairs multiple times per day

Relevant Work Experience

• 6 months to 1 year retail sales experience is preferred, however this is a flexible position and we're ready and willing to train the right candidate!
