Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Client Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in a digital marketing agency. In this role, you will oversee several large accounts and provide leadership and guidance to our team of Account Executives, working closely with the Director of Client Services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Onboard, mentor, and train new Account Executives. Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to provide ongoing performance management and support.
  • Best Practices Development: Create and document best practices for client services specific to the Account Executive role.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy: Review weekly and monthly reports, collaborate with the team to develop initiatives aimed at achieving KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations for promotions, content strategies, campaign ideas, and website updates.
  • Project Management: Manage tasks effectively, coordinate with internal resources, and ensure all services are delivered to clients' satisfaction.
  • Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project status, gather and organize necessary details, and keep clients informed about ongoing initiatives.
  • Planning and Execution: Contribute thoughtfully to the planning, execution, and review of all deliverables.
  • Timeline Management: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring team members meet predetermined milestones and adhere to the defined project scope.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and web strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, with a focus on promptness, proactivity, and consistency.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Innovative thinker with a forward-looking approach to account expansion.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and confidence in serving as the primary point of contact for accounts.
  • Proficiency in project management and internal resource management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts and delivering successful marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate internal resources effectively.
