To support ZenniHomeTM continuous growth, the Procurement Systems Analyst must establish a competitive, supplier base. Constantly challenging ZenniHome's existing supplier base, as well as determining new suppliers. Ensuring competitive, high-quality suppliers to achieve on-time delivery and quality. This role reports to the Director of Supply Chain, Sourcing & Logistics.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish, execute, and continuously improve the efficient analyzing, purchasing process, to achieve lowest cost .
- Define target costs needed along with team members.
- Continuously improve and lower costs without sacrificing quality.
- Achieve On Time Delivery, Quality and Cost targets ensuring ZenniHome’s profitable growth.
- Drive regular price negotiation with suppliers.
- Integrate purchasing processes with ZenniHome's MRP systems.
- Be a respected, vocal and valuable player within ZenniHome's purchasing teams.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ work experience within analyzing and purchasing
- Accountability and structured thinking and working.
- Work experience and knowledge in MRP systems, even if basic.
- Proficiency and willingness using software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, team, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary
$17 - $20 per hour
