Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Specialize in professional cabinet assembly within the manufacturing line.
● Maintain and develop professional and efficient procedures for our cabinet assembly process.
● Follow and execute detailed work instructions to meet or exceed production quality standards.
● Cross train in various manufacturing tasks across the production line to ensure operational
flexibility and continuity.
● Collaborate with engineering and process teams to refine manufacturing techniques and
implement continuous improvement practices.
● Maintain equipment and work areas, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
● Assist in troubleshooting issues on the production line and suggest practical solutions.
● Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated with the
industries best practices.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; verifiable construction, manufacturing and technical training is
a plus.
● Proven experience in professional residential and commercial cabinet assembly.
● Strong ability to read,interpret and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
● Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
● A proactive approach to learning and a capability to train others in specialized tasks.
● Physical dexterity and stamina required to lift heavy objects and stand for prolonged periods of
time.
Salary
$17 - $20 per hour
