The IT engineer Operations designs, establishes, operates and continuously improves the ZenniHomeTM connected MRP and MES systems, by reviewing existing processes and IT tools, working closely with the value stream team and integrating them. The roles establish key users including an efficient training program and transparent reporting with KPR and KPI to enable and drive continuous improvement. The focus is automation of administrative processes in the first step and integration of all operation related information processes. The role reports to ZenniHome’s COO.

Responsibilities
- Design, establish, operate and continuously improve MRP and MES systems.
- Connect MRP and MES and integrate all related information processes.
- Integrated MRP, MES with value stream, cost center structure, BOM and BIM in collaboration with design, operation, procurement, logistics and controlling.
- Implement and operate reporting with KPRS and KPIS and drive continuous improvement.
- Support operation leader, development and industrial engineering to design robust and efficient value stream to achieve companies operational targets
- Support growth activities with penetration of IT in processes and organization
- Be a respected and valuable player in ZenniHome's operation team
Requirements
- Master or bachelor’s degree in ITM, IT with focus on operation,
- Proven experience in establishing and operating MRP and MES systems, like SAP, Fishbowl, IQMS, ODOO, Avena, etc.
- 3 years experienced in designing and operating of IT processes in operation environment with KPR and KPI
- Accountability and structured thinking and working
- Proficiency in using operating software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, team, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in automotive or industrial operation is a plus
Salary
$55,000 - $60,000 per year
