The Inventory Control Coordinator monitors parts issued and transferred among multiple locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Entering data for quantities of parts issued and transferred among locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments into computer database
Closing shop packets received and purging computer database
Receiving and issuing finished goods into computer database
Troubleshooting quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel
Recording and monitoring all items with shelf-life daily and notifying appropriate personnel when material has expired
Preparing monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights
Preparing and participating in yearly physical inventory
Managing activities of one or more stock room clerks
Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

High School Diploma with focus on business/computer curriculum

Minimum of one year Inventory Control experience

Must be computer literate

Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy

Ability to properly handle confidential information and records

Ability to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies

$13 - $25 per hour
