ZenniHome is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer Manager to lead our engineering team and optimize our manufacturing processes in our new factory in Snowflake, AZ!

Temporary housing is provided for training and learning at our Page and Snowflake, AZ locations but expectation is to relocate to Snowflake, AZ. Relocation assistance is supported.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of industrial engineering principles, crane operations, machinery hook-ups, preventative maintenance, and assembly line management. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the industrial engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Oversee crane operations, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Manage machinery hook-ups, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reliability.
• Analyze assembly line layouts and workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Conduct time studies and process analysis to optimize production rates and labor utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and supply chain, to achieve operational goals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to engineering activities and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in crane operations, machinery hook-ups, and preventative maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of assembly line processes and optimization techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Netsuite system working knowledge highly preferred
