Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
• Provide support to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations activities and initiatives.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in an HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
