Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Host/Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. As a Host/Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while efficiently managing their dining experience.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Aloha POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all guest needs are met throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
• Uphold high standards of food service and hospitality at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries.
• Familiarity with food service operations and guest relations is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests.
