Key Responsibilities


  • Menu Development
  • Design and curate a seasonal fine dining menu that reflects Zenith’s innovative culinary identity.
  • Incorporate local and sustainable ingredients where possible to enhance the dining experience.
  • Regularly update menu items based on customer preferences, culinary trends, and ingredient availability.
  • Kitchen Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and high-performance kitchen culture.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and compliant kitchen.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes to ensure they meet Zenith’s high standards.
  • Implement and monitor portion control and food presentation standards.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve any food-related concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Develop and manage food inventory systems to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with the management team to align kitchen operations with the overall business strategy.
  • Innovation & Guest Experience
  • Introduce unique culinary techniques and presentations that elevate the dining experience.
  • Participate in events such as tastings, wine pairings, and private dining experiences to enhance guest engagement.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Zenith’s culinary philosophy and values.

Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining setting.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisines, techniques, and plating styles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene standards, and food regulations.
  • Creative vision with a passion for creating unique dining experiences.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
