Zen Tubing is hiring energetic and customer-focused team members, including CDL Shuttle Drivers, to join us from May to September 2025! Spend your summer outdoors, working in a dynamic environment, and helping guests experience the joy of floating down the French Broad River.

What We’re Looking For:

•  Must be 18 years or older
•  CPR certification required (Swift Water Rescue certification is a plus!)
•  Comfortable in the water and able to assist guests in and out of the river
•  Physically capable of handling tubes, paddles, life jackets, and other equipment
•  Experience in kayaking, rafting, or outdoor recreation is a bonus
•  Strong customer service skills and an outgoing, team-oriented attitude
•  CDL Shuttle Drivers must have a valid CDL and pass a drug test

What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Helping guests check in and check out
•  Assisting customers in and out of the water
•  Carrying and managing tubes, paddles, and life jackets
•  Hooking guests together in the water and unhooking them after the trip
•  Performing opening and closing tasks, including cleaning and maintaining equipment
•  Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
•  Working outdoors, being on your feet, and getting wet
•  For CDL Shuttle Driver Position: Safely transport guests between locations and maintain shuttle cleanliness

This is a very hands-on, physical job that requires lifting, bending, and assisting guests from a seated to a standing position. You must have appropriate footwear for river access, comfortable clothing for getting wet, and a positive attitude to thrive in an outdoor setting.
