Join the Zen Tubing Team!

Spend your summer outdoors along Asheville’s French Broad River, welcoming guests and keeping float trips safe and fun. Our season runs May 22 – September 7, with weekends and holiday weekends as our busiest times. We’re hiring Outpost Guides (check-in/retail), Z.E.N. Guides (river safety & operations), and CDL Shuttle Drivers (pay reflective of standard commercial rates). Training provided and a great team culture included!

Incentive Programs:

• Weekend and Holiday Shift Differential (additional hourly pay for qualifying Leads Sat/Sun).

• Season-Completion Bonus for meeting commitment for qualifying Leads.
