Position Overview

The Customer Service Agent role combines guest check-in, retail operations, and general support to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Assist guests with the check-in process using digital tablets and reservation software.
  • Provide clear and friendly information about the tubing trip, answering questions and ensuring guests feel prepared and excited.
  • Organize and track guest keys in the designated holding area.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate shuttle pick-up location.
  • Assist with merchandise sales, including restocking, organizing displays, and handling transactions.
