Position Overview

The Customer Service Agent role combines guest check-in, retail operations, and general support to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Assist guests with the check-in process using digital tablets and reservation software.
• Provide clear and friendly information about the tubing trip, answering questions and ensuring guests feel prepared and excited.
• Organize and track guest keys in the designated holding area.
• Direct guests to the appropriate shuttle pick-up location.
• Assist with merchandise sales, including restocking, organizing displays, and handling transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the check-in and merchandise areas.
• Notify management when merchandise inventory is running low.
• Support opening and closing duties, including light cleaning, organizing, and trash disposal.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and point-of-sale systems.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Willingness to work outdoors and support general site operations.
