Job Summary

The Regional Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional movement of Zeeba vehicles to and from clients, vendor partners, and other locations as assigned. This role requires exceptional customer service, strict adherence to driving and safety standards, and accurate completion of all required documentation.

PT Regional Driver

Reports To: Supervisor, Fleet Logistics

Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, In-Person

Location: 3630 E. Florida Ave., Hemet, CA

Pay Range: $16.90 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely drive, transport, deliver, and retrieve Zeeba fleet vehicles to clients and partner locations.
• Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections; immediately report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with refueling, cleaning, staging, and shuttling vehicles as needed.
• Verify and upload required client/renter documentation and maintain confidentiality of all customer information.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery records in accordance with Company and DMV/DOT requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service; resolve concerns professionally and escalate to Supervisor when needed.
• Safely operate company communication devices and applications only when the vehicle is parked.
• Follow all Company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws at all times.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record meeting Company MVR standards.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to ride with other drivers and follow dispatch instructions.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, push/pull, and enter/exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule

• Typically 2–3 weekdays per week, 8-hour shifts.
• Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs with advance notice.
