As a Regional Driver, you will be responsible for delivering world class customer service to all Zeeba customers. You will be a key contributor to our operation, delivering vehicles to our vendor partners and clients.
Description
Reports To: Supervisor, Fleet Logistics
Responsibilities
- Assist in moving vehicles, refueling, maintaining, cleaning, and shuttling, as necessary.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, vehicle delivery records, and a clean driving record.
- Make sure the pick-up and drop-off procedure is done quickly and accurately.
- Delivering Zeeba fleet vehicles to clients.
- Verify and upload documents, as necessary, for all Renters/Additional Drivers.
- Resolve customer concerns in a calm, friendly, and quick manner; think critically about when to escalate concerns to the supervisor.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Capabilities
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid U.S. issued Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think critically.
- Must be willing to work with a team and ride with other drivers.
Schedule
- Two to three days per week, Monday through Friday
- 8 hour shift
- 25-30 hours per week
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, only as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $17-$20 per hour
