Position Summary

The Zedrics Associate is responsible for providing a phenomenal service experience for all customers; keeping the shelves of products stocked, clean and organized; making the shopping experience easier for our customers, completing any other tasks assigned.

The Zedrics Associate will play an integral role in the company by being involved with in-store management, understanding food and nutritional concepts, and being customer service-focused and detailed.

Reports to the Operations Manager and or Assistant Manager

Essential Job Functions

• Be honest, loyal, dependable, accountable and customer-driven
• Strives to learn each customer’s name, goals, and food preferences.
• Utilizes excellent phone skills to answer customer questions/inquiries from incoming calls.
• Performs order packing for pickups and deliveries
• Full menu knowledge of Zedric's meals, products, and services.
• Keeps store, coolers, and retail areas clean, clutter-free, stocked, and orderly.
• Processes and reconciles all monetary transactions through POS system.
• Ability to consistently project a friendly, helpful personality to customers and coworkers
• Ability to multi-task and also able to cope with downtime.
• Following sales training /sales tracking manual.
• Stay up-to-date with new Front of House sales training.

Requirements

• Excellent company and customer communication
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks while handling multiple demands
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be active while being on your feet consistently for an entire shift
• Strong organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some Holidays
