This is a position where you will be required to work inside a cold plating room with a temperature range between 45-50F. This position holds a schedule of Tuesday- Thursday 8am-4pm.

Job Duties

- Portion and handle meat, fish, and poultry with care

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Familiarize yourself with our menu and unique ingredients

- Ensure food is portioned and stored at the correct temperature to maintain food quality and safety

- Follow established production sheets and use tablets as required

- Record over and under plate counts and report as required

- Attend daily briefings and maintain good working relationships with coworkers and managers

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards

- Keep your station clean and organized at all times

Job Requirements

- Be honest, loyal, dependable, accountable and customer-driven

- Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times

- Use tools provided safely (i.e. cutting boards, gloves, oven mitts, etc.)

- Take all necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination

- Work quickly, safely, and accurately

- Clean your station following proper sanitary procedures, including work area, coolers, utensils, equipment and disposing of trash, clean and mop floors

- Hold a Food Handlers Certificate before starting

- Be able to work in a cooler at 55F for up to 8 hours a day

- Be flexible with your schedule as our business operates seven days a week, and shifts may change during holidays and store closures

- Be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

- Work week is Monday- Thursday, 10 am-6 pm, with some Fridays

- Be able to multitask and handle multiple priorities during your shift

- Be willing to perform other duties outside of your primary responsibilities as needed
