Job Duties:

• Prepares bulk food items according to set recipes and specifications.
• Accurately counts and weighs all products needed for cook list.
• Follows recipes and prioritize order of cooking.
• Works quickly & efficiently to help execute cook list.
• Communicates effectively with the Culinary Center Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef when product/prep is running low.
• Follows Zedric’s standards and inspects service quality.
• Makes sure product is seasoned properly and cooked to the proper temperature.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of their station.
• Follows & maintains sanitation and health standard.
