Job Duties:
- Prepares bulk food items according to set recipes and specifications.
- Accurately counts and weighs all products needed for cook list.
- Follows recipes and prioritize order of cooking.
- Works quickly & efficiently to help execute cook list.
- Communicates effectively with the Culinary Center Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef when product/prep is running low.
- Follows Zedric’s standards and inspects service quality.
- Makes sure product is seasoned properly and cooked to the proper temperature.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of their station.
- Follows & maintains sanitation and health standard.
