Description

The eCommerce Procurement Specialist responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):


  • Process between 400-500 orders per day.
  • Upkeep communication with vendors about orders and order flow via email and phone.
  • Review and create reports based on records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories to help guide business decisions.
  • Follow up with vendors on product deliveries, out of stock issues, and pricing issues.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure timely receipt of products and to decrease warehouse costs.
  • Work jointly with the finance team to ensure proper and accurate invoicing.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years’ professional experience
  • Strong work ethic, keen sense of urgency and accountability for follow-through
  • High analytic and financial acumen with a desire to problem solve
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a MUST
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • eCommerce experience a PLUS
  • Amazon and/or eBay experience is PLUS
