We are looking for an eCommerce Business Development Manager--a real Rockstar, with great experience to come in and take our partnerships to the next level.


We work with 30-40 Top US-based distributors/manufacturers to sell a large catalog of hard-to-find products at affordable prices. This covers a million different products across a broad range of industries.


As an eCommerce Business Development Manager, you are responsible for acquiring and developing long-lasting professional relationships with new vendors. You will be working in a fast paced environment with one of the best e-commerce teams in the industry using the latest trends and technologies in the market.


We’re expecting you to come in and DO. We want you to define and build your business development team with more “hustle mindset” individuals just like you!


Your main responsibilities as our eCommerce Business Development Manager will include:

● Identify, analyze, and recruit new vendors through leads, cold calling and scheduling meetings with potential vendors;

● Prepare potential revenue and profitability analysis for potential vendors;

● Develop pitch points for potential vendors conveying benefits of partnering;

● Onboard new vendors and help smooth their transition to a vendor manager;

● Positively impact company sales and other metrics through sales strategies.


What Experiences Will Help You In This Role:

● Experience with cold calling, pitching business plans, and building relationships;

● Passionate about selling and negotiation;

● A track record of matching and exceeding sales goals.


ABOUT YOU

The skills of the most suitable candidate:

● 3+ years prior experience in sales/business development

facing roles;

● Extensive e-commerce or distribution background;

● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related

field preferred;

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

● Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;

● Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role;

● Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills;

● Should possess strong problem solving skills and the

ability to make sound judgment calls.
