Role: Z5 Inventory uses video capture technology to document customers on hand inventory for backend data entry teams to view and record inventory on hand. The role of a video processor is to manage the inflow of video files and the assignment of those files to a specific inventory location. 

As the onsite team completes the VID capture process, they will upload files into the Z5 Portal for processing. These files will then need to be viewed to confirm the customer, facility, department, room, and location. Once the correct location information is identified they will then be "tagged" to the correct location within the Z5 system. The video processor will have a queue of video files that need to be tagged and will work through their list until all have been assigned. 

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, the internet, and standard office equipment
• Ability to be onsite in Austin, TX 
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn and understand the functions of proprietary software
• Customer focused sense of urgency
• Ability to sit for long periods of time at a standard computer workstation

Qualifications:

1. High attention to detail is essential.

3. Punctual and reliable attendance is mandatory.
4. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members.
5. Willingness to learn quickly
6. Access to a laptop with the basic technical skills to download video footage.
7. Experience in inventory is a plus, but not mandatory.
8. Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and professionalism standards.
