Responsibilities:

1. Navigate various hospital departments and areas, recording detailed video footage of inventory items using a GoPro camera.
2. Ensure all items are captured clearly, taking care to capture labels, barcodes, and any other relevant details.
3. Coordinate with on-site hospital personnel as necessary to access specific inventory areas or items.
4. Upload recorded videos to the designated platform or database using a personal laptop.
5. Collaborate with off-site personnel to review footage and confirm the absence of errors or omissions.
6. Adhere to all hospital guidelines and protocols, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
7. Address any discrepancies or issues with immediate supervisors.
8. Maintain open communication with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

1. High attention to detail is essential.
2. Punctual and reliable attendance is mandatory.
3. Willingness to travel to various hospital locations. (Travel expenses are covered by Z5 Inventory as well as a $50 food per diem reimbursement for each day you're away from home).
4. Strong communication skills to coordinate with hospital staff and off-site team members.
5. Familiarity with using a GoPro camera (or willingness to learn quickly).
6. Must possess a laptop and have basic technical skills to upload video footage.
7. Experience in inventory or hospital environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
8. Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and professionalism standards.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
2. Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.

Compensation: 

In addition to covering all travel expenses, we offer $25 per hour as well as a daily, non-taxable $50 food per diem on days away from home.
