Z5 Inventory is seeking an Associate Customer Success / Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and success of healthcare inventory projects across the U.S. This role works directly with hospital clients and internal teams to ensure that each engagement is completed efficiently, on time, and with a high level of client satisfaction. This is a highly mobile position requiring up to 80% travel to hospital sites nationwide. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in clinical environments while managing multiple priorities and teams on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

·        Serve as a primary point of contact during inventory engagements, building strong relationships with hospital clients and internal Z5 team members.


·        Lead and coordinate on-site inventory project execution, including staffing, scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day issue resolution.


·        Support the onboarding process and help create tailored project plans aligned with client goals.


·        Collaborate with Z5’s Customer Success, Field Operations, and Data teams to ensure seamless delivery and accurate reporting.


·        Collect, interpret, and deliver key project data and insights to clients in coordination with the Customer Success team.


·        Maintain a clear understanding of each client’s needs and help identify opportunities for additional value or follow-up engagements.


·        Ensure all work complies with hospital protocols and Z5 standards, maintaining professionalism and discretion in clinical settings.


Qualifications

·        1–3 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, or related roles—preferably in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.


·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships in a professional, confident manner.


·        Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.


·        Willingness and ability to travel frequently—up to 80% of the time—to support onsite projects at hospitals nationwide.


·        Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) or CRM platforms


·        Knowledge of healthcare inventory or supply chain operations is a bonus.


·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or Healthcare Administration preferred or equivalent (4+ years) work experience in those fields.


Must pass a comprehensive drug screen and background check

Salary

$55,000 - $55,000 per year
