Residential Cleaner – Z Green Cleaning

Location: Roseville, MN and surrounding area

Job Type: Part-time, 10-20 hours per week

Pay: $19.00/hr starting with frequent raise opportunities

Job Overview

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team! As a Residential Cleaner, you’ll provide consistent, high-quality cleanings using non-toxic products. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training to ensure you feel confident in your role.

Flexible hours, Monday-Friday between 8 AM - 5 PM.

Average shift is 4-6 hours. Major holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning in residential homes
• Follow company checklists to ensure quality standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain cleaning supplies and company-provided equipment
• Adhere to eco-friendly cleaning practices

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Smartphone
• Laundry access (for washing cleaning cloths)
• Non-smoking
• High-school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
