Lead and coordinate all store management including sales, costs, employee retention, guest service. Communicate with the headquarters and strictly enforce company expectations of QSC&V.

Description

[Responsibilities]

1. Fully understand and enforce the following 

  • Operations Manual  
  • Protocols & Guidelines  
  • Operational procedures for both FOH and BOH  
  • QSC&V standards  
  • Company objective and goals [Monitor, maintain, and keep under control]  
  • Health, safety, fire, and security regulations  
  • Control cash, receipts, and invoices  
  • Inventory stock, order, delivery, organization, and quality control  
  • Urgent purchases and needs when needed  
  • 3rd party online ordering platforms  
  • Technical issues  
  • Finance (sales report and labor cost management)  
  • Building, equipment maintenance and services  

2. Take responsibility of all store operations 

  • Be able to perform all necessary procedures in FOH / BOH 
  • Approve or deny schedule changes and requests 
  • Finding covers for approved missing shifts 
  • Fill in/assist in areas where support is needed 
  • Prepare and attend weekly meetings 
  • Report, seek for solutions, ask for help to the upper management 

3. Enforce, train, oversee, and regulate workflow 

  • Fair work distribution 
  • Train members for the designated positions 
  • Organize work flows regularly 
  • Enforce QSC&V 
  • Oversee problems within all operations 
  • Regulate FOH workflow 
  • Regulate BOH workflow [Basic human resources] 
  • Schedule request approvals and making 
  • Hiring, on-boarding, terminating, and evaluating members 
  • Managing customer relations 
  • Managing employee relations (Team building) 
  • Report and discuss with HR about risk factors [Seek improvement] 
  • Promotion and marketing ideas 
  • Team member promotion possibilities 
  • Implementing new protocols 


[Qualifications]

  • 3 years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality management 
  • California Food Manager Certification
  • Fluent in English and Korean, both oral and written is a huge plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.  
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic 
  • Genuinely friendly an positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
  • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Task managements software

$72,000 - $80,000 per year
