Youth RISE Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to help coordinate, develop, and strengthen programs serving young people ages 15–25.
This opportunity is designed for someone with some experience in program coordination, nonprofit work, education, youth development, project management, community engagement, or a related field who wants to strengthen their skills while growing alongside a developing organization.
The position is currently unpaid and does not guarantee compensation or future employment.
The expected commitment is approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility around the individual's schedule.
The Program Manager helps turn Youth RISE Foundation's programs from ideas into organized, effective, and engaging experiences for participants.
This position is responsible for supporting program planning, implementation, participant engagement, scheduling, communications, documentation, and evaluation.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Executive Director of Programs and other departments to ensure programs are organized, accessible, and aligned with the Foundation's mission.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop practical experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, project coordination, and youth-serving initiatives.
This position is designed for someone who wants to grow alongside the organization.

Some relevant experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required.

Students, recent graduates, emerging professionals, and individuals transitioning into nonprofit program management are encouraged to apply.
This position is intentionally structured around a manageable and flexible schedule.
The role does not require a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.
Responsibilities and meetings can be coordinated around reasonable availability and organizational priorities.
This position is currently unpaid and does not guarantee salary, wages, benefits, or future employment.
If Youth RISE Foundation develops the financial capacity to provide compensation for this or similar work in the future, any compensation would be subject to organizational approval, applicable law, and an appropriate written agreement.
Approved expense reimbursement or other permitted support may be available in accordance with Foundation policies.
