During the Foundation's growth phase, this role begins with a flexible commitment of approximately 5–10 hours per week, allowing the selected candidate to help establish HR systems and processes. As the organization expands and sustainable funding is secured, this position is intended to transition into a full-time, salaried Human Resources Manager role with increased responsibilities.
