We are seeking a dependable and organized Facilities & Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and execution of Foundation events, programs, and operational activities.

Overview

The Facilities & Logistics Coordinator provides event-based logistical and operational support to ensure Youth RISE Foundation programs and events run smoothly and efficiently. This per diem role is responsible for coordinating equipment, supplies, transportation, venue setup, vendor communications, and event logistics. The position is primarily remote for planning and coordination, with on-site responsibilities during Foundation events and following the opening of the Youth RISE Community Center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Foundation events, workshops, and community programs.
• Arrange venue setup, equipment, supplies, and event materials.
• Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and service providers.
• Assist with event registration, check-in, and participant flow.
• Support transportation and logistical planning for programs and special events.
• Monitor inventory of event supplies and equipment.
• Ensure facilities are organized, safe, and event-ready.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and post-event logistics.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Perform additional logistics and operational support duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, logistics, facilities management, operations, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel locally and work occasional evenings or weekends for scheduled events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
