Youth RISE Foundation is seeking an individual who wants to contribute meaningful work while growing alongside a developing nonprofit organization.
This opportunity is intentionally structured around a manageable 10–15 hour weekly commitment. We recognize that candidates may also be students, working professionals, caregivers, or involved in other organizations and responsibilities.
The position is currently unpaid and does not guarantee compensation or future employment.

Youth RISE Foundation is a youth-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people ages 15–25 through mentorship, leadership development, educational support, career exploration, community engagement, and service.
The Social Services Department plays an important role in ensuring that young people have access to appropriate support, resources, referrals, and opportunities that promote stability, personal development, and long-term success.
The Executive Director of Social Services provides leadership and strategic direction for Youth RISE Foundation's social-service functions.
This individual will help develop and strengthen systems that connect young people with appropriate resources, community services, supportive programs, and referral networks.
The position is designed for someone with some experience in social services, human services, community programs, youth development, case management, behavioral health, education, or a related field who wants to strengthen their leadership and organizational skills.
You do not need extensive executive experience.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, dependable, professional, and willing to learn.
This position is designed for someone who wants to grow alongside the organization.

Some relevant experience is preferred, but extensive executive experience is not required.

The role does not require a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.
Meetings, projects, and responsibilities can be coordinated around reasonable availability and organizational priorities.
This position is currently unpaid and does not guarantee salary, wages, benefits, or future employment.
If Youth RISE Foundation develops the financial capacity to provide compensation for this or similar work in the future, any compensation would be subject to organizational approval, applicable law, and an appropriate written agreement.
Approved expense reimbursement or other permitted support may be available in accordance with Foundation policies.
