You do not need to have spent ten years in executive leadership.

We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable, organized, willing to learn, and excited about building something meaningful alongside a growing organization.

The right person will have the opportunity to strengthen their skills in operations, leadership, project management, organizational development, compliance, administration, strategic planning, and executive leadership while contributing directly to the continued growth of Youth RISE Foundation.

The Role

The Executive Director of Operations will help build and strengthen the systems that allow Youth RISE Foundation to operate effectively.

You will work closely with the President & CEO and other members of executive leadership to coordinate organizational operations, improve internal systems, support departments, manage projects, and turn organizational goals into action.

This is a hands-on growth opportunity.

You will be given meaningful responsibilities, opportunities to lead projects, and exposure to executive-level organizational management.

  • Support organizational restructuring and process improvement.
  • Help establish measurable goals and performance standards.
  • Participate in initiatives that improve the experience of volunteers, interns, fellows, participants, and staff.

Project Management

  • Lead or support organizational projects.
  • Build project timelines and implementation plans.

  • Has some experience in operations, administration, nonprofit work, project management, business, education, healthcare, human resources, community service, or a related area.
  • Wants to grow into a stronger organizational leader.

  • Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Is highly organized and dependable.
  • Communicates professionally.
  • Can manage multiple priorities.
  • Is comfortable working independently.
  • Is willing to accept feedback and continuously improve.
  • Is passionate about Youth RISE Foundation's mission.
