Job Description:

Youngberg Hill Winery and Inn seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our guest rooms, common areas, and event spaces. This position offers a flexible schedule based on seasonal needs, with opportunities for additional assignments during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily room refreshes for occupied guest rooms.

• Complete thorough cleaning and turnover of guest rooms after checkouts.

• Clean and organize common areas, including dining areas and event spaces.

• Maintain cleanliness in the tasting room and event center bathrooms.

• Assist with breakfast service and cleanup as needed.

• Participate in deep cleaning projects during the winter months upon request.

Scheduling and Availability:

• Shifts typically run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM but may end earlier upon completion of tasks - must be available to work weekends including Sunday.

• Scheduling varies by season, with increased staffing needs during spring, summer, and fall, especially on event days.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.

• Flexibility to adapt to seasonal scheduling and participate in additional assignments during winter months.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
