Job Description:

Youngberg Hill Winery seeks energetic and reliable Seasonal Event Staff to join our team for the spring, summer, and fall event season. Event Staff are critical in delivering exceptional experiences during weddings, Wine Wednesdays, and other hosted events. This position requires flexibility, excellent customer service, and a team-oriented attitude to assist with event setup, bar service, and post-event cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup including tables and chairs, barware, wine inventory, and beer kegs.
• Maintain a clean bar area during events and follow company beer and wine service guidelines.
• Provide exceptional service to guests.
• Observe all OLCC rules and protocols.
• Manage both hosted and cash bar services.
• Clean and reset the bar and event center following each event.

Requirements:

• Must be available for either or both Wednesday evenings and weekend events.

• Prior event or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• OLCC certification is required (training can be provided).
