Yota Xpedition is looking for an Ecommerce Product Specialist to help manage and grow our aftermarket automotive product catalog. This role focuses on maintaining accurate product data, improving the customer shopping experience, and supporting product launches across our ecommerce storefront.
As an Ecommerce Product Specialist at Yota Xpedition, you’ll play a critical role in scaling and maintaining our growing catalog of automotive aftermarket products. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every product listed on our site is accurate, well-organized, visually consistent, and optimized to convert.
This role sits at the intersection of data, merchandising, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to bring new products to market efficiently while maintaining a clean, professional storefront that reflects the quality of the Yota Xpedition brand.
Product Listing Creation & Management: You will be responsible for accurately creating and publishing new product listings that meet brand, data, and customer experience standards.
Catalog Organization: You will organize products in a way that improves navigation, discoverability, and the overall shopping experience.
Data Accuracy & Maintenance: You will maintain the accuracy of product data across the site as products evolve over time.
Media & Asset Coordination: You will manage product imagery and media assets to ensure listings are visually complete and consistent.
Cross-Team & Vendor Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to keep products moving from intake to live.

Strongly Preferred:
You're the kind of person who notices when a product title is formatted differently from every other one on the page and it bothers you enough to fix it. You're detail-oriented by nature, not by instruction. Working through a large catalog of SKUs, maintaining consistency across hundreds of listings, and catching errors before they go live is the kind of work you find satisfying, not tedious.
You understand that product data isn't just administrative work it directly affects whether a customer finds what they're looking for and feels confident enough to buy it. You take that seriously. You can move quickly through repetitive tasks without letting your accuracy slip, and you're comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal teams to track down missing information without letting things stall.
This role isn't glamorous, but it's foundational. If you take pride in building something clean and scalable behind the scenes, you'll fit right in here.
