Job Title: Wellness Advisor

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a part-time, on-site role for a sales associate Wellness Advisor at YogaSix, located in Minnetonka, MN and/or Richfield, MN. The Wellness Advisor is responsible for membership and retail sales, building meaningful connections with potential and existing members, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, engaging in sales activities, managing membership inquiries, supporting studio operations, and maintaining a welcoming and clean studio environment. Additionally, this role involves working collaboratively with the studio team to create a positive and inclusive space for the local community.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven skills in customer interaction, relationship building, and sales
• Experience in customer service, managing client inquiries, and delivering exceptional support
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of fitness and wellness, with a passion for yoga or boutique fitness preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a personable and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, such as using CRM systems and managing membership processes
• High levels of initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a sales associate or customer-facing role is a plus

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

·     The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job

·     May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

·     Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus

·     Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone

REQUIRED AVAILABILITY:

Our students practice early mornings, evenings and weekends. We are hiring people who have availability and flexibility for evening & weekend shifts.
