The Wellness Advisor is a key role at YogaSix as they serve as the welcoming committee for new students and members alike. Their job is to genuinely connect with every student who walks through our door, match new students with the right classes and memberships to meet their needs, be familiar with all class and retail product offerings, and ensure the space is cared for and kept clean.
Description
Reports to: Studio Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on the Signature Six in-studio experience
- Connect with new students to book them into the most appropriate first class for them
- Connect with new students to enroll them in the most appropriate package/membership option for them
- Genuinely connect with and greet members to support membership retention efforts
- Be knowledgeable about class offerings, retail products, and pricing options
- Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio
- Maintain a clean, safe and inviting studio environment
Salary
$15 - $18 per hour
