The Assistant Studio Manager is a key role at YogaSix as they serve as the support to the Studio Manager and oversee the Student Experience. Their job is to oversee the front desk schedule and lead by example in genuinely connecting with every student who walks through our door, match new students with the right classes and memberships to meet their needs, be familiar with all class and retail product offerings, and ensure the space is cared for and kept clean.

Reports To: Studio Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth of all studio revenue streams, including:
- Studio Memberships and Packages
- Retail
- Workshops
- YTT
- Engage in Lead Management through texting members and prospects to book new students into class, follow-up after class, and generate referrals
- Ensure all team members deliver on the Signature Six in-studio experience
- Oversee WA schedule and shift coverage
- Genuinely connect with and greet members to support member retention efforts as well as handle member escalations, cancelation and freeze requests
- Ensure studio cleaning processes are followed and upheld by all team members
Salary
$18 - $20 per hour
