  • The On-Target Earnings package after ramp is $150,000 and Stock Options.

Professional Competencies & Personal Strengths 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with experience.  Advanced degrees, certifications, and self-development a plus 
  • Strong track record of selling to Enterprise (SaaS or Marketplace B2B Product) Accounts with “Land & Expand” mission. 
  • Track record of success in achieving growth targets. 
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and promote best practices from initial prospect review through customer engagement and ultimately closing business. 
  • Must possess the 3Cs: Curiosity, Coachability and Competitiveness.  
  • Passionate about building thoughtful customer relationships.  
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills. 
  • Thrive in Early-Stage Startup Environment, which means comfortable with change. 
  • Background and Knowledge in Insurance, Environmental Health & Safety or Technology, preferred. 
  • Extraordinarily Hungry 

What You Will Do 

  • Build, drive, manage assigned accounts. 
  • Drive new business opportunities to YellowBird. 
  • Collaborate with key teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing & Accounting) 
  • Work with VP Sales to create your “plan to win” and execute. 
  • Bring Enthusiasm & Eagerness to help the company grow
