Professional Competencies & Personal Strengths 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• 5-10 years required as proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or a similar role, demonstrating successful delivery of web applications. 
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). 
• Strong server-side development skills with expertise in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java. 
• Extensive knowledge of database systems and ORM technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). 
• Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with code collaboration platforms (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket). 
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience in building mobile-friendly web applications. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and deploying applications in cloud environments. 
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker). 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. 
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work in a team-oriented environment. 

What You Will Do 

• Develop and maintain web applications with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies. 
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Design and implement efficient and scalable APIs to support seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding best practices and industry standards. 
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and encourage continuous improvement. 
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across different devices and browsers. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and functionality. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, and share your knowledge within the team. 
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure successful deployment and smooth operation of applications. 
• Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
