Professional Competencies & Personal Strengths
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years required as proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or a similar role, demonstrating successful delivery of web applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong server-side development skills with expertise in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Extensive knowledge of database systems and ORM technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with code collaboration platforms (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience in building mobile-friendly web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain web applications with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement efficient and scalable APIs to support seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and encourage continuous improvement.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, and share your knowledge within the team.
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure successful deployment and smooth operation of applications.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
