What You’ll Do
As a Server, you are the "grill master" for our guests. You aren't just taking orders; you’re creating an experience.
- Expert Grilling: Assist guests with grilling their meats to perfection at the table.
- Menu Guide: Explain different cuts of meat, side dishes, and dipping sauces.
- Fast-Paced Service: Manage multiple tables in a high-volume, energetic environment.
- Side Dish Management: Keep the side dishes stock and ensure guests have everything they need.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean station and strictly follow food safety guidelines.
Who You Are
- Experienced: At least [1 year] of server experience preferred (bonus points for KBBQ or high-volume dining).
- Multitasker: You can handle the "organized chaos" of a busy dinner rush with a smile.
- Team Player: You’re ready to jump in and help bussers or hosts when needed.
- Physically Fit: Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to [45-50 lbs].
- Certified: Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card and [Alcohol Service Permit, if applicable].
