As a Lawn Care Technician Lead you perform a variety of task on and off sites while working closely with your operation manager to assure the highest level of communication. Leads are responsible for grounds maintenance tasks from managing their route, mowing, trimming, and blowing while making sure all work is done in a safe productive manner. Yardworx prides its on offering a professional service from the newest late model equipment on the market to our uniform from head to toe.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Good driving record (valid drivers license) required to drive company vehicle
- DOT Health Card (company paid) required to drive company vehicle
- 2 years minimal related work experience with 2 referrals
Responsibilities
- Manage crew
- Equipment maintenance
- Daily route records
- Weekly team lead meeting
- Ensure all site work is completed safely and properly
- Meet daily production requirements
- Keep equipment and vehicles clean at all times
Salary
$22 - $25 per hour
