ONSITE EVENT DAY [Zone Supervisor]

XL Event Lab is in search of experienced, skilled customer service & event activation supervisors for ongoing contracts starting as soon as possible. This is a fly in/out role working away from home in an outdoor environment with travel and accommodation provided for the duration of the contract. 

Successful applicants will join a team of touring event professionals and support staff who will be responsible for the successful delivery of ‘The Big Bounce America’ or ‘Bounce the City’, a family-friendly outdoor mass participation event. We are looking for customer focused professionals to help create a memorable experience for our loyal fan base.

Our Company

We design and execute experiences for an expanding base of customers and oversee a portfolio of established events in various markets. Selling both to entertainment buyers and directly to the ticket buying public, XL Event Lab typically produces over 500 events in an average year.

The Role

As an onsite Event Day Zone Supervisor you will assist in overseeing the the onsite event nominated zones throughout an event weekend. You will manage a team of local labor staff in your nominated zone and ensure the successful operation of said zone. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful and safe operation of the assigned inflatable zone
• Manage the team working in the assigned zone
• Help assign, place and instruct local event crew
• Ensure proper cleanup and hygiene of the event site
• Maintain a safe and fun work and play environment at all times
• Put smiles on people’s faces

Desired Experience / Skills / Certifications

• Reliable and professional work attitude
• Experience working with children a plus
• Event experience preferred
• Emcee experience preferred
• Team leading experience a plus
• Valid driver's license with clean record

Compensation Details

• Starting at $900 / week (Paid as Contractor / 1099) 
• Travel and Hotel Accommodations included

Contractors are expected to work independently to complete the set daily tasks and may be required to supply tools and specialist equipment to complete these tasks.
