We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Project Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to work in the sporting industry, event management, public relations, and community engagement. As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will support various administrative tasks, manage return inventory and storage, engage with the local community, and assist in light project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination and management of return inventory and storage operations.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
  • Support local community engagement initiatives and events, ensuring smooth execution and positive community impact.
  • Provide light project management assistance, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and community partners.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or a desire to pursue a career in Business, Sports Management, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic about working in the sporting industry and engaging with the community.
  • Available to work in-office three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).


Compensation:

  • This is an hourly paid internship position.
