Technical Support Specialist (MSP)

At XceedIT, we don’t believe IT is just about resetting passwords and asking, “Have you tried turning it off and back on?” (Although… sometimes that really is the answer.)
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to learn something new every single day.
If you get excited about new gadgets, enjoy figuring out why something isn’t working, or have ever spent your weekend building a PC, setting up a home lab, or helping friends fix their computers just because you enjoy it—you’ll probably fit right in.
This is primarily a remote position, allowing you to work from home most of the time. However, occasional travel to client sites is required for projects, onsite support, installations, or other hands-on work.
• Solving technical problems for businesses that rely on us every day
• Providing remote support to clients while occasionally traveling to client sites when hands-on assistance is needed
• Working with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and business applications
• Troubleshooting everything from simple password resets to complex network issues
• Learning from experienced engineers while developing your own technical skills
• Helping clients have an amazing experience with every interaction
• Occasionally saving the day before our clients even realize there’s a problem
You don’t have to know everything. Seriously.
We’re far more interested in someone who’s curious, motivated, and eager to learn than someone who already has every certification under the sun.
