We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman to oversee daily operations on our construction sites and ensure project success.

Job Summary:  

The Site Supervisor/Foreman is responsible for managing all aspects of construction site operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate and supervise workers and subcontractors effectively. The Site Supervisor/Foreman will act as the main point of contact between project management and the construction team.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring all tasks are completed according to project plans and specifications.

- Manage a team of tradespeople and subcontractors, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure productivity and quality.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment for all personnel on site.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project schedules, track progress, and address any issues that arise.

- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labor hours, materials used, and equipment on site.

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure project requirements are met.

- Train and mentor staff and crew members in best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.

- Assist in managing project budgets and timelines to ensure completion within scope and budget.

Qualifications:  

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

- Education: High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications or training in construction management is a plus.

- Skills:

 - Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

 - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

 - Proficient in project management software and construction tools.

 - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.

 - Knowledge of budgeting and resource management.

Physical Requirements:  

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and at heights.

- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate job sites for extended periods.
