Description

Lead Generation


  • Manage and distribute leads to the sales team.
  • Prospect and identify potential customers and opportunities.
  • Research and qualify leads, gather contact information, and initiate outreach to generate interest and create sales opportunities.


Sample Follow-Up Communications


  • Make a significant number of sample follow-up phone calls and emails to potential and existing customers.
  • Develop personalized and effective communication strategies to engage customers and drive sales.


Sales Outreach


  • Contact leads and prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Facilitate the value proposition of our products, address concerns, and help move the sales process forward.


Product Knowledge and Development


  • Develop a deep understanding of our interior paneling and design products.
  • Effectively explain product features, benefits, values, and competitive differentiators.
  • Demonstrate and present our products to potential customers.


Sales Pipeline Management


  • Manage sales pipelines to track and prioritize leads, opportunities, and customer correspondence.
  • Utilize CRM software to ensure accurate forecasting of sales.


Relationship Building


  • Focus on building and nurturing relationships with customers.
  • Build rapport, actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain follow-ups, provide ongoing support, and address any customer concerns.


Metrics and Reporting


  • Track and analyze sales metrics.
  • Prepare reports, provide insights on sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.


Collaboration with Sales Team


  • Effectively communicate with outside sales representatives, management, B2B partner sales teams, and other departments within our organization.
  • Share customer insights and provide input on sales strategies and approaches.


Qualifications and Requirements


  • 2 or more years of inside sales experience with an understanding of sales techniques, processes, and strategies.
  • Experience with lead generation, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of tracking sales metrics and reporting.
  • Experience with B2B and understanding the differences between offline and e-commerce business.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software, email tools, and other sales technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and experience in e-commerce sales is a plus.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborates well with the customer service and operations team.
  • Possible travel and ability to attend trade events.
  • Ability to provide a sample follow-up email or message as part of the application process.


Salary

$50,000 - $70,000 per year
